| Do I need auto insurance? |
| Yes, as a requirement of the Government of Newfoundland & Labrador. Section A: Public Liability and Property Damage coverage has been legislated as a mandatory coverage. The minimum requirements are $200,000 limits. Section D: Uninsured Motorist coverage will provide protection against drivers who have no insurance or who have less than the legislated minimum coverage. |

| That depends on the requirements of your leasing company, finance company or your own personal desires. Coverage can range from the basic Third Party Liability and Uninsured Motorist coverage to many forms of "Full Coverage" which may include All Perils or a combination of Collision and Comprehensive or Specified Perils coverage. | Do you have a payment plan? |
| We have several payment plans available for your convenience, the most popular is the 12-4-3 plan. It provides 12 equal payments at an affordable 3% interest rate. This plan makes it a little easier to budget. Payment plans of 4 or 3 payments are also available upon request. |

| A Homeowners Package Policy will provide coverage against insured perils for your Dwelling, Personal Property and protection for Personal Liability exposures of yourself and family members. There are different forms of coverage, such as Comprehensive or Broad Form. Each contain different coverages and limits. | What happens if I don’t have enough insurance? |
| You may suffer some difficult financial consequences it your are underinsured after an insured loss. The insurance company will only pay you the maximum limit of your policy. If your house cost more to rebuild, you will have to dig into your savings or find other ways of financing the replacement of you home. It makes sense to properly insure your home and belongings. |
| If I rent, does my landlord’s insurance cover my Personal Belongings? |
| No. You are responsible for insuring your own personal property. Tenants insurance policy will provide the proper coverage if you rent or lease. If you have a Condo, there are special policies available for that as well. |

| Originally it was designed to insure ocean going Transportation exposures, now it has expanded to include Inland exposures like Long-Haul Trucking and other transportation risks. |
| How long does the application process typically take? |
| The time varies depending on the type of insurance you are applying for. Personal Auto or Residential policies can usually be issued in the same business day. Other types of insurance (commercial, bonding, marine, aquaculture etc.) may take between a few hours to a few days. |
